In October 2015 PSL acquired the 72 bedroom Royal Esplanade Hotel in Ryde on the Isle of Wight, from Shearing’s Hotels division. The Hotel is a beautiful Victorian Grade II listed building that has now been lovingly and sympathetically restored by Planning Solutions Limited. The hotel is perfectly situated on the Esplanade, facing the Solent, in the centre of the attractive Victorian sea-side town of Ryde.
