Mike is the Chief Executive Officer of Planning Solutions Limited (PSL). He founded the Company in 1995 and continues to head up the business today with particular involvement in the strategic development and growth of the business.
Chris is an experienced manager of both visitor attractions and health and fitness clubs with some 28 years of operational experience of working for brands such as Virgin Active and Bannatyne Fitness.
Having worked in Hospitality and Visitor Attractions since 2006, Chris is the brand director with vision and flair. Chris leads the Commercial and Marketing Team, focusing on the whole guest experience, digital experience and site growth.
Rob is the General Manager of Kent Life, a 28 acre Heritage Farm Park where family fun and heritage sit side by side.
Nicky meets the Management of CONKERS, a £19 million visitor attraction located in Leicestershire, with vision, interaction on the ground and a keen eye for detail.
Mark has taken on the quest as General Manager of our Cotswold site. As a truly experienced manager from a leisure past, Mark has the drive and passion for outdoor adventure and is situated in the perfect location for both business and manager to flourish.
Kent is the General Manager of Vertigo Adventures in Sandwell Valley Park High Ropes. Kent has a passion for adventure and has over 15 years of management and coaching experience in the recreation and sports industry sectors, especially experienced in adventure training, health and safety management.
Darren works as the General Manager of Vertigo Adventures in Welwyn Garden City, one of the largest courses of its kind in the UK.
Darren offers after school clubs, birthday parties and receives great recognition for his personal training for those who have fears of heights
Jennifer is a practical hands-on manager with skills and experience in Catering and business development procedures. Reaching new audiences at Springfield’s Adventure Land, Jennifer is the conductor of the multi-faceted attraction and American Diner with big aims within a small footprint.
A CV filled with event and hospitality experience, Bobby is the captain of The Royal Esplanade Hotel, steering it into new horizons and uncovering new waters. Bobby is a big fan of musicals and is looking forward to putting together Planning Solutions’ first band of General Managers!

Richard Linington is the director of research and marketing. As a heritage development and tourism consultant he has some 16 years of commercial experience in the tourism, heritage and design sectors.
Kevin Brown leads the consultancy in strategic development, options appraisals and financial analysis. As a tourism consultant Kevin has a sound knowledge of research based appraisal work in tourism, leisure and regeneration projects.
