Kent Life is so much more than just a day visit. There’s a host of extra events and entertainment, especially at weekends and during school holidays as well as a comprehensive, curriculum based Schools visit programme of events
The are several different principal attraction elements at Kent Life.
The Kentish gardens:-
‘Stroll through the herb garden, be nosy in the farmhouse gardens, or lose yourself in the hop garden – come and enjoy the array of smells and colours in our Kentish Gardens. Visit the last Coal Fired Oast House in the country and stock up here on produce from our very own gardens and orchards.
The Vintage Village:-
‘Acquaint yourselves with the homes and lifestyles of Kent’s rural past, as you visit our re-creation of houses and buildings in our Vintage Village. Explore Victorian Petts Farmhouse, World War Two cottages from nearby Lenham and vintage 1950s chic in Sandling Farmhouse. The traditional village hall relocated from Ulcombe is a must see – don’t forget to visit the Blacksmith’s forge and pop into the local shop
Farmyard and Nature:-
‘Come and join us for fun on the farm! Meet our smaller furry and feathered friends in our indoor cuddle corner, explore the Farmyard, or get stuck in to our 28 acres of paddocks and fields – we’ve got horses, sheep, alpacas, donkeys, goats, pigs and more – all waiting to meet you! ‘
Family Play:-
‘With the outdoor adventure play area and a three storey Indoor Soft Play Barn, there’s plenty of space for the kids to run wild! More family fun comes with daily games and entertainment, land train, and other seasonal activities including the bouncy castle’
